Jacketed Type Vessels
Jacketed Type Vessels is a container that is designed for controlling the temperature of its contents, by using a cooling or heating "jacket" around the vessel through which a cooling or heating fluid is circulated. A jacket is a second pressure container applied on the outside of a pressure vessel shell, to either apply cooling or heating to the vessel contents. Vessels with Limpet Coils
Vessels with Limpet Coils construction is same as that of Jacketed Reactor except instead of a Jacket on the Shell, a Limpet Coil is welded on it. Limpet Coils can be made of Mild Steel or Stainless Steel as per the application of the user. Venturi & Scrubber
Venturi scrubbers use turbulence and an absorbing liquid to create a pressure drop between the front and back of the scrubber. The scrubbers are used to take out particulate and to remove gas. Knock Out Drum
Knock Out Drum is vapour & liquid separator and is an equipment used in several industrial applications to separate a vapour–liquid mixture. Knock out drums can be configured in either a horizontal or vertical arrangement. When horizontal, a knock out drum will be constructed with one gas stream inlet, and two outlets, which can then be joined with a manifold. In Surge Tank two flows are matched that are not identical in time but are expected to average out over the long run. They can dampen fluctuations in flow rate, composition or temperature.
